Established on December 7th 1999 in Macau, OFAP was declared a non-profit NGO of Public Utility with Tax Exempltion Status on May 10th, 2010. It was granted Special Consultative Status with United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSCO) as an International NGO of the People’s Republic of China on 1st August 2011.
